    Morning Rob.

Found out my SIL is moving to wasilla. They just bought a house there. Her and fiance didn't seem to think the drive to Anchorage would be that bad. I don't know much about that drive, but seems like it could get interesting with the wind and snow.

    Morning Brady.

    How's Levi?

It's hard to believe the kids are a year old now.

Turns 1 on Friday. Where has the time gone?

He's doing well. Has his bottom 2 teeth right now, and getting ready to walk any day. He can pull up on anything and he will walk 2 handed with us. He's still unsure about 1 hand though. Will almost stand by himself without a brace...

    How's Corbin?

I've been doing the commute for 12+ years now. It's not that bad and houses are more affordable in the valley. Something like 70% of the people living out here commute to Anchorage for work. Palmer or Wasilla are about the same driving wise. Palmer is smaller while Wasilla is quite a bit larger. It's all considered locally as the "Valley." Matanuska River goes up the Palmer side and Susitna River up the Wasilla side. Creates the Matanuska-Susitna Valley/Borough.

When are they moving up here?

Oh yeah. We had a few days of dry, clear roads and everyone forgets that its still winter, we can still have icy roads.
Doesn't help that there wasn't any sand on the roads anywhere

That's a phenomenon I just don't get. Seems so obvious, but I guess a lot of folks just lack situational awareness. :notsure:

He's doing good. He will be walking soon as well. His biggest problem is that he crawls so fast he is impatient when walking. He walks well with 2 hands for help or with his walker that he holds onto. He has 8 teeth, 4 top and 4 bottom. It's crazy to think he is 13 months old already.

They are moving end of the month. They will be up there a minimum of 4 years, probably more like 8. I would definitely like to come up and visit while they are there so we have a place to stay.

I missed that post. So john, why don't you post in the 40+ thread. Adam does, and he doesn't even qualify. And he won't STFO. We could use some fresh meat in there anyway.
