    Did some back and bi's today. Nothing too crazy though...about 80% of what I usually do. I strained my rotator drunken arm wrestling on vacation last week and didn't realize it until today when I picked up some weight. Shit hurt! Lesson learned

    That's the only piece of workout equipment we don't have that I wish we did, mostly for squats, but it'd be nice for bench, too.

    haha hell no! The gym I work at is a local gym, so we don't have all the cool shit most big gyms have. That's pretty much the only real lifting thing we're lacking though
