I'm curious if they'll try and sell you on replacing the cabin air filter.

Put a mark on your oil filter and check to see if it's still there when they're done.

 

Only reason its even going is its "free". Id prefer to do the work myself

 

True! They pulled that on me when I first got my truck. Said it was dirty! Then I told them I just bought it a week ago!! Lol the look ok their face was priceless

 

Do second gens do trans flush?

Funny, my buddy called toyota to see if they have oil to do a trans flush. Guy on the phone said the newer trucks don't need to do a flush unless it leaks. Said it was a sealed system

 

That's why you do the flush I thought

Idk thought it was funny. Never heard of an unsealed trans before

 

Everyone there "loved" my truck lol

 

Unsealed in the sense that on my wife's car (and most others ive owned) you can check the tranny fluid and add fluid same as you do engine oil.

 

You ever noticed when the truck is washed. People say nice truck. When it's covered in mud. Then it's a bad ass truck lol

Haha yes. Mine is kinda dirty right now so maybe that had something to do with it

Uh not that I know of.. my truck looks like shit right now anyway with half the rust

 

The toyota dealer down here washes your car or truck when you bring it in for shit to get worked on

 

Not sure about oil changes though
