    29 is insane for a price.

    Thought the same. I ordered one and then realized I should have ordered several more for hunting buddies, tried to snatch em up and they were already gone. I did get one tho and it's nice, worth every penny all 2999 of em.

    Those straps were cheap because the company that was selling them (local to me) is a warehouse that sells ship damaged goods. If a truck has an accident and even one item they are carrying is damaged, they assume that the whole load is compromised so it's written off and the items are sold through warehouses like this. It's a crap shoot, sometimes there are killer deals but other times they are charging almost full retail. The store is cool though. It's not a 4x4 shop at all. They stock everything, from HVAC crap to tools, to cleaning supplies, to automotive, home furnishings.....you name it.
