    then worked on my thesis till i felt like dying

    Deads are 1 of the 3 workouts I NEVER skip. You get sooooo much from them. Hits hams, glutes, lower back back, quads, traps, lats, and calves!

    I skipped them due to destroying my back in the field. Now that the back feels strong they will always be part of the regime. Anyone have a solid video I could watch on technique and form?
