So any advice on how I should approach this issue with Toyota tomorrow? The service manager saw the damage but when I called in to file a claim he now denies all knowledge of the incident. And says my wheel and tire was cut before I came into the dealership

 

I hope it doesn't either. No idea what it will look like. Better than the POS I tried to make.

They're always going to deny stuff like that so that way they don't have to pay for it. Stealerships

 

THIS! tell them you have photos before and after and you will be contacting corporate if actions are not taken on their part. and you also may take legal actions. should get them to do the work.


oh and tell them you will post on every forum and social media site about how poor of service you have received. from what i have seen they don’t really like it when people do that, and usually get shit done and try and be super nice about it.

 

I am on hold with Toyota care right now because Jason at the dealer ship is denying any and all responsibility for the damage. Their calling the dealership

 

Well toyota care basically stated nothing they can do besides contact the dealer and let them know what is going on and see how they want to proceed.

 

that sucks!



but i’d still try and tell them you going to post on all forums related to toyota, and all social media. and tell people not to go to them, even if they have to drive farther.
