    Best way to form check your self is to record yourself DLing, makes it much easier to adjust on the spot

    btw I am also not going to record myself for the sole fact that I will look like a complete tool. I did notice that at the end of my sets I was going ass up first instead of chest up. Felt weird, not right.

    I hate doing deads with trap bars. Feels weird. Only use it as a last resort.

    A flexy bar is the way to go with deads, but if you don't have one a rigid bar is still better than a trap bar, btw anyone whos stalling on conventional deadlift, get on sumo now! im having so much fun with sumo, love the feeling of ripping the weight off the ground instead of half squatting it up in conventional.

    Me and pattycakes are in the same boat. Cept I got 22 lbs on pattycakes. BTW dropped 8 lbs since the breakup....in my head I feel as though it was all of my GAINZ.:(

    So something came over me today, I have never been so determined, I did 3 sets at 315. Sent Aaron a video for proof! They were only sets of 1 though. Normally I only do it once and it's honestly a struggle, but today I got it easily
