Dude, if you're gonna replace it, you might as well just do a satoshi. I don't know anything about those grilles, so i can't answer your question, but when i replace mine, it's gonna either get satoshi'd or grillecraft'ed. I would suggest you do the same. You'll be much happier with the nicer look.

And you also don't have to be worried about if the product you're buying for 90 bucks is of cheap make. Might as well just go a little more and make it beautiful.:)

    Put simply:

    Use Toyota parts.

Any vehicle, use the manufacturers original parts. If you want to modify the OEM stuff, that's fine, but only drift to the aftermarket if there's no OEM solution for what you want.

    Description / Notes:
"Replacement Grille -- GRILLE, BLACK AND GRAY -- With emblem provision; A high quality, direct fit OE replacement grille."

    Notes Fits 4WD
Brand New in the Box - Fit and Quality Guaranteed!

according to that description fit shouldnt be a problem. I am wanting to do a satoshi. i just cant do it on the current one i have because when i put the black billet grill onto mine i completely butchered the surrounding grill. So id just like to order another stock grill and take my time doing the satoshi grill since id still have the clunker grill still on my truck.

It will fit fine don't listen to them. Many people that I know have bought the non OEM grilles off of ebay and had no problems.
