Nice! I bought my truck with that many miles

Ha probably right. The truck has been in my family since 160k and all that's been done is a catalytic converter, valve cover gaskets, and a rear main seal. Going to try and tackle a timing belt and water pump in the next few weeks since idk the last time it was done.

Bought my 2004 last week with just under 64k on the odometer. It almost has 66k now :D

Took a pair of 800 mile road trips. If nothing else, its a good way to shake out any "bugs" in the drivetrain.

Living in the Mile High City, we have the highest resale value of any city in the country for 2001-2004 Tacomas. I bet if I leave everything on there(LED lights, brush guard, topper, rack, everything)...I could pull $15K easy, and just use that for a newer Tacoma.

I wish mine wasn't so old/in rough shape rust wise. I would love to keep her for another 5+ years. When I get another it will likely be another low mileage 03/04.

I was driving a 2001 F150 with 159k on the odometer and direct access to my bank account. In the 2 years I had it, I replaced axle seals twice, brakes, fuel pump, fuel tank, ball joints and the cam phasers were going out. We were looking online for a new vehicle for my wife when this popped up.

Its a 2004 SR5 with a 2.7L and manual everything. The dealer had replaced the frame, tires, changed all fluids, etc. Going from an F150 to this took some getting use to but would do it again in a heartbeat. Having manual everything was a must as I want this to be a KISS truck.

So far, all I've done is order a AFE air filter and fixed the dashboard squeak. Thanks to this site, my wallet is beginning to ache but in a good way. This is my daily driver/mud/crawler toy. It sitting on 265/75R16 Michelin TLX A/T 2 which are essentially 31x10.50's which I'm happy with. I'm getting 21.6MPG on the highway with this setup and have decent ground clearance with this setup.

I probably won't lift it because I "know" what I'll end up doing if I did. A 2" OME lift for 33x12.50's would mean I'd need to drop in some 4.56 gears. Since I had the diff's apart, I'd have to throw in lockers and the list goes on and on (I've been there before).

Instead, I'm looking more at armor and performance upgrades.
    -All Pro Rock Sliders
    -BudBuilt Skid Plates
-Front and rear bumpers (haven't decided on brand yet but do like the All Pro
    -CB
    -Toolbox
    -Odds and ends

Being a daily driver, I do want to keep my MPG's as good as possible. Likewise, I still want to keep is as comfortable riding as possible. However, I still want to be able to take it on a trail ride, through the corn fields and woods around my farm. Basically a vehicle that I hope I don't ding up but if I do, it a tattoo'd memory worth reliving.

Anyways, enough with the wall of text. Here's my blank canvas.
