    I'm almost as ardent a supporter of that method as I am of my tires!
    It's really very safe and easy and your truck makes a terrific spring compressor.

    Think of it this way... what do you need a spring compressor to do?
    1. Safely contain the spring/shock assembly while....
    2. Exert enough force to compress the spring adequately to facilitate dis-assembly/reassembly

    As to #1, your truck and the spring mounts are designed to accomplish this throughout the life of the vehicle
    As to #2, the springs are rated for the precise amount that the weight of your truck can compress

    Quicker, Safer, Easier.... what's not to like?

    Anyone know a good Firestone shop that is experienced with lifted trucks? Went to the one on 8oth and Wads and they couldn't get my caster in spec even with my Camburgs.
