    Just use some PB...or fish oils....coconut oil...Mac nut oil, etc

    Casein is just whey protein with a fat source added..why the fat source? Fat slows absorption...

    So I would have some pro (cooked or whey) and add one of the above fat sources....$40-60 saved

    Any of you guys do egg whites? i used to mix them with everything. you can mix them with a cup of black coffee and you wouldnt even taste it.

    its just hard being in college, not being able to cook as often as id like and trying to juggle my schedule around. once i start work ill get in a routine.

    Gymming at 6am is gonna suuuuck

    :anonymous: I know....That's because whenever I go on a cut and start losing strength, I yell "FUCK THIS" and go back to bulking.

    I'm fo' real this time, though!

    6 egg white for breakfast every morning. I'm in college and have a job and always make time to meal prep. Just remember, food = gains! Also, I dunno if you live on campus and have a meal plan, but when I was a freshman, I'd take in tupperware and smuggle stuff out

    One of my buddies took it and he liked it. You might, too. Maybe I got a bad batch. I don't know. I just wasn't a fan of it.
