I also got the lifetime alignment at Firestone. I'm sure Jace is awesome as he comes highly recommended but I did not know this at the time and actually this is the first I remember hearing about him doing alignments.
I've been taking mine to the one in Longmont (I realize this isn't close for you)
They first did it when I installed 5100s on the stock coils. then they did it just a month or two later when I got the bumper and had to switch my coils out to 886s. They did ask if it was driving funny (since it was so soon that I was back) but when I told them that I switched out the coils they did it no problem.
I just recently took it to them for the third time immediately after getting new tires.
Each time I told them 0 toe, 0 camber, and max achievable caster.
Their sheets have always read real close to 0 on toe and camber and >1 but <2 on caster (I don't have aftermarket UCAs)
I guess I have no real way of knowing if their results are accurate or pencil whipped but I have always been happy with the way the truck rides and drives and I haven't noticed any funny tire wear.

Well, ended up going to a different Firestone, Colfax and Kiplingish, went back with the tech and talked with him and told him the other guys were idiots, and watched him work. First asked him to check to see if the cams were frozen, and sure as shit 3/4 were, even though I asked the last guy and he said they were fine. So, still not going to be able to get it into spec even in the hands of Jace, FML. Getting those cams, bolts and bushings out looks to be one of the biggest PITA things you can do, I may just see if I can live with it for awhile.

The first time I went to get an alignment, the shop told me I had some seized cams. They told me they couldn't do anything, and that I was fine.
Well, next time I checked the cam:

Somehow they did enough to it for it to be permantly loose. Needless to say I went back there rather pissed, and they replaced that bushing and cam. Glad I didn't have to do that job myself. Curious to hear what Jace has to say about replacing the bushings versus just getting replacement LCAs with new bushings.
