    So I have to apologize for not having the quote yet. I talked to the guy yesterday and am hoping to get it today. I am a mechanical engineer so I deal with different shops all the time.

    Do you mean a large assembled MOLLE sheet or panel? I've not seen them for sale but durable material is easily available from sources like "Supply Captain," or even "Tactical Tailor" and any seamstress/alterations shop should be able to bang one together for you using your overall measurements in no time.
