    Rick only had time to tell Daryl, He went to tell Tyreese. But Tyreese stopped him to show him the dissected squirrel and then the governor attacked. Most people hadn't had time to notice that she wasn't back.

    She said she wouldn't leave without Lizzie & Mika. So we knew she would stay close to protect them. Also, I think she hoped that after Rick told everyone, than they might vote to let her back in.

    Walkers kept getting in even with the fencing, but still would have been nice to put it up, but I think after what all happened there no one gave a shit about putting the fence up after leaving. She did after all just kill a child she came back to the prison to protect.

    I think when Mika mention they should stay there it was more like a family but when all this situation of her getting killed by Lizzie, and Carol shooting Lizzie. Carol openning up to Tyreese it seem like they needed to leave the place.
