ok so i will look back at the thread, but i just made reservations for 10 of us to climb the ropes course on friday the 30th. They are also giving us 10% off for every 10 people. sounds like only 10 people can clim a day? still waiting for more info on that. but they also have 10 spots for the 28th, 29th and the 1st. let me know your thoughts.

and if sky diving is still on the table I may be game depending on price

ok just got more info. i will need to be calling tomorrow to make the resevation. i have to pay for 25% of the total which is 150 bux. then we have to prepay one month before the date. so i will need to be in contact with everyone who wants to go. im willing to pre pay the 150, but i cant do all 600....

Lol some people dont have the funds to make it others are planing to spend money and take days off from wheeling.

 

My reasoning too. I've always wanted to do a ropes course but I'm not going to skip a day of wheeling in Moab.

 

So how much per person is the ropes course?

 

I'm gonna be there on the 23rd and leave on the 2nd ... so I'll get my wheeling in. and I've been in the "can't afford to make it" crew way too often. I have the cash now, so... why the hell not. $.02

 

yeah why not make a vacation of it? and hell everyone could use a day out of the hot trucks when you are there for a week.... plus its fun and good times with people you don't chill with but once a year

Damn! When I saw that you were going to be there for a week, I was thinking about actually making the trip this year. My problem is that I don't get done teaching until the 30th and have a family function on the 31st. I can head out the morning of the first, but that is the day that everybody will be heading home. If one or more rigs was going to be there until the fourth or fifth, I would be there without question!

 

put me down for two... just in case... if nothing else I'll offer it up whenever I figure out if anyone's coming with me

 

damn... yeah I wish I could... I get the 23rd off as a "family day" then the 26th is a holiday so free leave... I'm not heading back till the 2nd... MAYBE i'll push it to the 3rd, but it depends on if I've got a passanger and her schedule
