    Hmm little worse than expected then haha. I was getting around 450km over the winter and right around 500 in warmer months. I'm down a quarter tank after filling up yesterday :/

    Those numbers were pre lift btw. I'm just hoping I can hang around the 450 mark

    So I just ready that in many cases a lift does not increase the ground clearance. I dont see how that could be. is this BS or am I just not seeing it.

    Lift springs will like OME. Bilstein 5100's does as well by preloading your springs.

    Sure you don't mean tire clearance instead of ground clearance ?

    Lifts don't increase ground clearance, but they allow for bigger tires which DO increase ground clearance. If you think about it, the lowest part under your truck (solid axle) is still at the same height after a suspension lift

    I already have all my parts ready to go, just got worried when i read that. now you have put me at eas, thank you. I will have my 5100s and leaf pack installed by the end of this week.

    I understand that i will be able to fit bigger tires and that the axle wont be higher, im more worried about the rest of the body.

    So it seems that what i thought of as clearance is just slightly different then what the true meaning is.

    The right lift increases suspension travel. Ground clearance is from ground to lowest part of the vehicle whatever that may be (probably axle or shock mounts). When you lift your suspension, it allows for bigger tires at times and bigger tires increases your ground clearance.
