I did it last night as well, 117. I have a pretty decent 1 rep (450), but suck at WODS with DLs in them. Went TnG through half of 225 then singles. I think the key to a good score is to be able to keep getting TnG reps at least through the 225 round and hopefully into the 275s. Oh well.

for me the 225 was fine since I broke it up into 10-5-5 but then 275 was just straight heavy for me, and since I got 2 into it I'm sure hoping my 1RM is going to change again in the near future.

i feel wall balls, toes to bar, muscle ups and burpees are in all of our near future haha thats what they haven't used yet that they always use, maybe thrusters too but i don't think castro would be mean enough to do wall balls and thrusters in the same wod...then again its dave castro :/

    Bone stock. For now.
I finished mine at a box out of town on Monday morning, coming off about 5 hours of sleep. Finished with 130. I'm pretty happy with that overall. But I am starting to get nervous about what's next.

Fuck me. 180, done with the cleans at 10:56. Never really done rings with full extension, always go to false grip while on my tippy toes, but appearantly that doesn't count as you don't get full extension. I got some practicing to do this weekend and have another go on Monday.

    184. Had the gnarliest ab cramp during the t2b. That took the longest. Definitely should've gotten more. May have a redo this weekend

Well, improved my split, 10:26, but could only manage 1 MU. I at least I will have one of the highest 181 scores haha. Forearms/bis were smoked and just couldn't turn them over at the top, need more practice.

I did 191, my muscle ups turned to sh!t real fast. Fresh I would have done 20 in less than 2 minutes. Oh well, beauty of the programming, I guess.

17:10, that's a lung buster. Could probably shave a minute or so going a little faster on the burpees, did 21 and 18 straight then did halves for the 15-9s thrusters.

This was more about the burpees for me than I thought it would be. I tried a slow and steady approach but was too slow. I broke up the thursters at 15 and 12 which was fine. Dont slack on the burpees! 14:13, I know I can get this in around 11.

Im worried about that many thrusters i have horrible wrist flexability :/ i can blow thru fran in under 3 mins but my wrists are toast after, and im good at burpees for u guys who have done it. Ur saying dont pace the burpees to slow and the thrusters just cruise thru em?

I have the same problem with my wrist from too many crashes, I assume that is the same cause of yours. I dunno on the pacing, I am 6'5" so I am slow on burpees no matter what, this one was more cardio than anything I thought. Go as fast as you think you can maintain throughout would be the best advice I guess.
