The garage is abnormally clean and in order.

    Something is fishy...

Yeah, been trying to think of ways I can tie it all together. Kinda hard to do without a lot of the parts I need though.

It was abnormally warm outside. :p I could spend time cleaning instead of going back inside to thaw out after working on the truck.

Plus Supra TT was bitching about it. :D

That's the first thing he does when he comes over, bitch about a mess, and then clean. Honestly, since he's so good at it, I just leave the mess until next time he comes over!

Yeah, coilovers are next on the list. Then probably a radiator and intercooler so I can work out the engine cage. Still haven't figured out which ones to go with though.

I'm thinking of connecting the two sides of the engine cage with a removable crossmember between the coilover mounts (seems pretty standard) and an X bracing probably sandwiched between the radiator and the intercooler, or between the engine and radiator. :notsure:

I moved the engine back 4" and I'll be using electric fans, so I have the room to do it.

You'll need to get the exhaust manifold and turbo after doing the shock towers too to get clearance ideas..

Are you going to dovetail the front still? or leave it stock width?? Probably going to have to wait till you have the cab back on and the tires on the front axle so you can determine how tight shit is gonna be.

Back on your welds..... if you're using the setting you mentioned you're probably just about right. Might just need to speed up your pass a little. You might be just moving a little slow and allowing a bit more buildup of the puddle than you need to.

Again, I think it's looking good.

So he's the antithesis of Jon who shows up in a midget clown car and fills my garage with an exorbitant amount of stuff. Then proceed to fill my shed and side yard of stuff too.

lol... There were five 35s and huge spindles under a tarp on my side yard. The latter still there.

I opened up one of the doors on my shed and found three or four CVs sitting there.

Hell, I even found about $1.68 in change and an ear plug in my couch cushions after he left.

btw - Do you have any kids? You should make them a bed for their bedroom, Silver Spoon's style, out of that spare bed of Jon's.
