Man arrested, accused of sucking a woman’s toes at N.C. Walmart

LINCOLNTON, N.C. — A North Carolina man arrested and charged with assault on a woman on Thursday after a woman said he sucked her toes at a Walmart, WCNC reported.
Michael Brown, 31, began talking with Erika Porras, 40, and asked her to follow him to the shoe department. Thinking he worked at the store, Brown told Porras he was a podiatrist and had her try on several pairs of shoes.
“He said, ‘I need to take a picture for research,’ and when he did, he stuck her foot in his mouth,” Porras’ daughter Kattie told WCNC.
Realizing Porras was horrified by the incident, Porras said Brown told her, “Sorry ma’am. Please, please, please,” and added Brown offered to buy her groceries.
Porras ran to call her husband and the police. Police were able to arrest Brown because the incident was caught on surveillance video.
“Kind of bizarre, strange,” Det. Dennis Harris said.
Brown is a registered sex offender and was convicted in 2001 for breaking into a house in Concord, N.C., and sucking on another woman’s toes.
