No, I just never eat sugary stuff. I try to eat an apple and a banana a day and I skipped both yesterday. Also, I stopped putting sugar in my coffee in the mornings. Fuck cutting...

you could try espresso? i like my coffee black though, i made the switch a few months ago and that shit is potent, but a lot less bitter than coffee.

my woman ate my eggs this morning so my breakfast was 20g's protein, and one egg with some cheese. gonna go do some squats today in a bit.

My problem was skipping my fruits yesterday. My cutting diet is essentially my bulking diet, minus all the bad shit, which included a lot of sugar. Now, my only significant sources are an apple in the morning and a banana in the evening and I just so happened to skip both yesterday lol

Do you think its from the meal plan you are on? When my wife was about 2 weeks out from her show she was always tired, she wasnt eating nearly enough cals and still busting her ass in the gym. (tuna, talapia, asparigus, sweet potatoes) I think she got down to 99lbs for her show... She is normaly around 113 or so.

Suger is my weakness as well...not weight wise but just overall health. I have a hard time digesting it

I've been tired this week, too. Not sure what the deal is.

My diet is basically all cereal and chicken right now. Buddy works at a chicken plant and I get 40 lbs of boneless breasts from him about once every couple months. Lunch is usually chicken sandwiches. Last night I made chicken fettuccini. Tonight I'll probably make grilled chiken with mashed taters and Mac n cheese. Chicken chicken chicken. It's all I'm eating latey. Mainly because I have it and it's easy to cook. Throw it on the George foreman or the grill and be done.

Tryin to look a little more jacked for summer...I've lost a couple lbs over the last couple days, so I guess that's a good thing. today my co worker threw me a small chocolate chip rice Krispy (my favorite). I couldn't turn it down :(

Derick, how has your sleep been?

Why not change up your meals once and a while? You've gotta be getting sick and tired of chicken all day every day. Why not some steak or fish?

Thats not bad. My coworker gave me a couple of the peanut butter girl scout cookies today. I normally dont have cookies but I said screw it and ate them before going to the gym during lunch. I got back from the gym and the box was on my desk. 2 cookies are 140 calories and 9g fat. I gave them back.

Slightly off topic question, but I'm curious to see how much water, on average, you guys consume daily. Obviously the intake will spike on exercise days, but for me, I like to get close to a gallon (128 ounces) a day.

Mine is flamin' hot cheetos, beer and hot wings. If those three things didn't exist, I'd be 4% bodyfat lol

That's why I think I'm so tired. I went from eating 3200 cals per day to 2400...it blows

I used to be reigous about drinking a gallon a day. I was the bro carrying around a gallon jug. That got old and annoying, so now I just try to drink 6-7 bottles per day and I'm fine. I'd say anything over 100 oz and you'll be fine.

This may be in Kyle's area of expertise, but I have heard of people drinking 2-3 gallons per day to let their muscles get rid of any excess stored water to get to sub 5% bf

Damn 2-3 gallons would be insane I drink probably 1 gallon maybe 1.5 gallon at the most a day and I already am constantly having to find a bathroom to piss.

ha I never said I did it! I don't even know if it's true. I think I heard somewhere about 2-3 days before shows, bb'ers will chug 2-3 gallons so their muscles will let go of the stored 'security' water they hold for emergency situations and get them really dry looking...I think it can only be sustained for a day or so b/c your muscles cramp up all the time....then again, I could be talking out of my ass.
