7-ish years old. I don't clean them other that rinsing off with a hose after wheeling. No treating or anything. Rebuilt once about 3-4 years ago. Still look pretty good to me. Although mine were original Donahoe's, not sure if the quality changed when they went to Icon.

Thats pretty slick. Oh and Moab is going to be June as my Cabin for the most part booked all of May. Not sure if it would be doable or to early but would love to hit up some CO high altitude stuff. I was only able to run a couple trials the last time before we were blocked but snow around 11k.

i could still snow up high in june...varies every year...

usually the front range will be drying up by then, but interior mountains can vary depending on where and how late winter wants to hang around..

gotta play that by ear as the time gets closer...if the trails are open, people will go on them even if they're snowy (except black bear)

last year we had trails still opening in July because they had too much snow on them still

we're having a normal year finally with snow...last two years have been well below normal...

so it's really tough to say.. it will most likely still be snowy up top, but the trails may be open enough to go on though

especially if you're thinking about the san juans...silverton is reporting up to 140" base right now...

a lot of our mountains have healthy bases

most of my time in utah this spring will be just that as well...it'll be a nice change of pace from pushing my truck on obstacles the whole time.

i may still get in a moab rim run during cruise moab and rock therapy will have some hardish trails i'm sure thrown in there...even for rock therapy i'm thinking of leading a few trails on some easier areas that have cool shit to explore..

The dust cap is for uniballs though...and uniballs don't require lube, why have a grease fitting there?

Yep neat idea but I wont be doing it to mine. I never put anything on the TC uni-balls and they have lasted about 4 years.

Ya think they could put any more crap in the way to make it harder to change the drivers side plugs? The number two cylinder coil pack electrical connect is damn near impossible to remove...

The issue is on that pack it comes directly out of the wire loom and didn't leave any play for moving it around. Even still only took me 25 minutes to change all the plugs out. Oh and plug change every 30k meh I had 60k on this set and the gap increase was negligible.

Yes! They certainly could have put more shit in the way! Tacoma spark plugs are so easy compared to most V engines. Trust me!

How's the taco treating you ? Updated pics?

I know I had a supercharged Mustang with long tubes and I know about Pain but still give a brotha a lil slack to work with. Oh and the truck seeing how I purchase it in November of 2004 is still kicking. I have all new front suspension getting ready to be slapped on in the next week or so. This stuff was just some overdo maintenance. I still need to change out the lefty and crawler oil but I have a couple months left before I head across country.
