Anybody have any goo suggestions for a good aftermarket nav system? I'm looking for something with these features...
    • Good Nav/GPS
    • Aux input
    • Iphone/ipod connection
    • on screen backup camera capability
    • dvd player
    • 7 - 8 inch hd display
Also probably a dash kit to house the radio. And I'm not to worried about price id rather have functionality.

    Any good ideas out there?

Ranch Topper, Bull Bar.....Yes, I know everyone thinks they are crap, I like the look
    I've got 2 Kenwood DNX6990HD.
It does more stuff than I know what to do with.
Deciding factor was that it had Garmin GPS.
I've been very happy with it but don't use many of the functions.
    Has great Bluetooth.

The same shit everyone else has.
    Some food for thought...

I installed an OEM 2014 touchscreen navigation radio in my 2011, and it functions perfectly for what I need. Nav, USB port, aux jack, bluetooth, CD player, hand free calling. I am just waiting for a plug to show up so I can wire in the OEM backup camera.

I did this swap for less than the cost of an aftermarket setup. Its OEM so it doesnt look out of place. And it was all relatively simple to install.

So do you have to get a dash kit separate to mount it to? Or does it come ready to install?

I let the stereo dealer install the first one in my Silverado so I do not know..
The second one went in a Ford E-series van....did it myself. antenna adapter, face kit and one other thing was $45 extra at Cruchfield.
If you buy the stereo at Cruchfield, they give you everything to install for free plus free shipping. The second one I bought refurbished on eBay for half price.
