Haha nah. Not really. The guy and girl eventually cuddled up and that left me plenty of room. We were all hammered and didn't want to walk any farther. You will be close with 3 adults but its not that bad. I probably wouldn't have 3 guys up there...just cause.

Shasta/bacehlor can fit 3 conservative adults.

    Rainer/hood 5 conservative adults

Conservative meaning physical and also "bubble" space

I park a block or so from the bars. Normally around a friends place and we drink a bit before heading out. Or I go out thinking I will just have a beer and end up drinking more than 3. I don't drive after 3 so I am stuck walking. Normally in the summer I just ride my bike or at least throw it in the bed. I could walk home easily most of the time since its only like 15 blocks at most but popping up the RTT is kinda fun and certainly a conversational piece. Sure beats waking up on a floor or on some nasty couch.

Has anyone reinforced the base of their RTT? I wouldn't have thought of this, however, I was making babies with my GF and somehow we ended up on the un-supported side where the ladder attaches. The base seems to be sagging now. Thin plywood? Flat-iron?

On the hinge side? Did you check the hinges yet?

I supposed you could reinforce it with something. Couple of pieces of the extrusion used to mount the tent maybe? But the flooring, especially on the ladder side isn't really meant for a constant pounding baby making produces (without some kind of support) ;)

RTT's are designed to hold up in storms not earthquakes haha. Next time just use the hood ;P as for fixing the damage im not sure what part of your floor is damaged, could you take a look and get back to us? Hope you dont encounter a aftershock anytime soon.

Which tent do you have and can you send pics? Is it sagging where the 2 floors come together? Biggest thing would know which tent and fix it from there. Lol.... You definitely need to get a ruggedized version I agree.
