I love the solid black effect. Looked fuckin sexy. no problems. Then a coworker says.... "how well do the brake lights show up in the day light?" ....... shit. So, had to do some customizing. Any thoughts?IMAG0660.jpg

Update. Still beating the hell out of the derp on my rhino. Starting to barely peel in a few places, mostly around the bed where stuff is slid in and out. Been about a year and a half and still looking good. I am thinking about redoing it in a different color. Tan maybe...

If you do light coats it gives the lights a tinted look. But It looks like he did solid coats. Might be too dark, but I do like the hand idea

I suggest VHT NiteShades, it is actually made for that, it works well and is easy to coat as light or dark as you want.

Yeah even though it appears solid black, the light still gets through. But for daytime clarity I thought it best to have the light fully exposed.

    Skid plate?

I'm experimenting this with mine to see if I like the "dull metal" look. It's gonna get scratched but that's why I love plasti dip, peels right off

I wish I could find some of this color locally. I want to redo my badges and my grill to match my wheels.
