Yes and no. The frequency we usually use you do not, but others are technically in the ham range.

That said the test for a license is super simple and cheap. There is something like 200 different possible questions, and the test asks you 20-30 of them (cant remember). There are a ton of free study guides and apps. I played with an app on my break's at work for a week, then took the test on a saturday and passed no problem. I believe it was only 5 bucks, and they test every saturday in el cajon.

Coils, without exception....& I've made a challenge to myself ... gonna do it for well under the $10k+ I've been hearing it'll cost...

 

WTF-10k, really. Alot of exploders do it for around 2k. Do you have a plan yet? You gonna run a early yota axle, full size cheby, dakota, or go to the dark side and get early bronco entire setup. D44, 9inches of goodness, comes with radius arms and you can use ranger/explorer spring buckets.


Or the wagoneer. I know the guy from scribs had a d44 from a wagoneer for $300 bucks, don't know which wheel pattern though.

Yeah I deff got a nice deal and couldn't be happier with them. Also he helped install it prolly would of taken me a month haha. These lights are badass.

Yeah I did and what sucks is it was my buddy's 450 I personally hate 450's I'm more of a two stroke 250 guy. All my bikes have always beaten 450s unless it's hill climbing I set those bikes up so nice. Plus it helps to have a cousin who races professionally haha. Here's a lil something to wake you up
