I did the Trifecta last year. My Super was at Wintergreen Ski Resort. That was absolutely terrible. It took me longer to complete the Super than it did the Beast. I am doing the Trifecta again this year and the way it's panning out, it looks like I will be at Wintergreen again. I am so not looking forward to it.

Just kilt chestntris. Left my protein at home, so my post workout is a tuna sand, salad, and baked lays.

flat bench: 135 x 20, 225 x 10, 275 x 1, 225 x 7....it was hard not trying to max out, but I resisted
incline: 3 sets 135 x 15
decline: 3 sets 225 x 10
pec dec: 3 sets 180 x 10

rope push downs: 3 sets 170 x 10
standing skull crushers: 3 sets 65 lbs x 10
triceps pushdown machine: 3 sets 80 lbs to failure

 

I think I will use your workout today zach. I hate to ask this newb question but PEC DEC?
