    Go big or go home.

    :notsure:

The hell do I know? I've held/shot a gun once and bruised my forehead from the kickback.

Eh, I wish I would have gotten DOM just for piece of mind. A couple people on here have dented their HREW.

Not much mire money for something that is kind of a pain to replace.

Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.

There just the hrew ones, they seem like they are very nicely built, I'm glad I got the kickout.

No doubt. And had no idea how much the thing would snap back.

Desert Eagle 50 cal... probably not the smartest choice in guns to shoot for the first time.

    Awesome!

I've contemplated doing mine, I hate the fucking brown interior, but it looked like a huge pain on the ass. I did the plastic kick panels and it's starting to rub off.

DOM is stronger. I'd rather not have dented sliders personally, that's all. :notsure:

I see the want for dom, but for me I don't see me ever going hard enough to need them, Brent yours are weld on right? What did the shop charge you to install them? if you don't mind me askin, I've been calling around and seems like 100 is the lowest I can find.

Interesting, well if you were to use the same quality steel then it would be stronger.

Whatever test they did only proves that their HREW is stronger than a random competitors DOM.

    Yup, weld on.

He charged me $60, but I paid $80 because he was a local fab guy trying to get started. He showed me some of his projects and the Tundra bumper he was building was nice.

That's still a good deal at 80.. Do you have any grip tape or anything on the top of your so you don't slip using them?

Just the rustoleum bedliner. It has enough grip for me unless there's ice.

Monte has the same stuff on his sliders though and says his is slippery...

Replaced the power steering pump today and the idler pulley bearing for the AC belt, it was toast too. All the whining and grinding noises just went away.:D

yea no more textures and it flaked off super easy. Need to repaint them bbbaaaaaadddddd. Be using dupilcolor bed liner spray as it has been holding up great on my other stuff.

I've had good luck the that rustoleom high performance and using a self etching primer, then I was thinking of running to the skate shop and grabbing alittle bit of black grip tape.

I'm just not a fan of how the spray bed liner holds dirt, I had it on my old bumper and it was hard for me to clean.
