    Pretty sure that would not look very good.

    I have been thinking about getting the truck dipped. Would be about $600 and it would look way better than the paint does now. You can get a huge selection of colors. This is close to my current color.

    Where you getting it dipped at? I've seen ok jobs come out of macco if you do the prep your self you generally get better results. I would pay to have my runner dipped by a professional as long as it was done right and it lasted.

    I am torn between having the roof/hood repainted and having the entire truck dipped.

    Here are some places that dip If I had a gun I would buy the gallons and do it myself. Sucks to do with spray cans. Ask me how I know. :cool:

    Working on it.
    I debadged my tailgate yesterday and was very close to plasti dipping the rear bumper (i cant stand chrome) I also am considering color matching it. But thats alot of work just to scratch it wheeling. If I dip it I can touch it up easy. I really just wish I had funds for a high clearence rear bumper lol.
