it has the projectors already although they're the standard halogen ones.
Exactly, everyones so quit to demote it or talk down but its an awesome car and has an insane amount of room.

I'm pretty short but yeah, my friends xB has an absurd amount of space. Rear leg room seems to be more than the 4runner too.

I must add that I don't like any of those overly boxy looking vehicles though, as far as looks go.

Big tires, big lift, Lots of stuff's.
For sure I'd rock one of either the xB or the element. When it's just him and we go on mtn bike trips he has everythig inside the element which is nice. Bikes, tools, clothes, coolers. It's crazy how much room the box SUVs have.

the only thing "bad" about it is its a scion so its a budget build like all of them. Needs more sound deadener in room, floor and doors. Also wouldnt hurt to have power/leather seats.

if it wasnt a 5 speed the woman would drive it daily. She loves it just doesnt want to deal with driving stick.

Hows the reliability, repairs, etc? I'm considering getting an xB for my DD. Probably would lower her on CO's. Whats your opinion on the car in general?

Im actually selling mine haha. Just buy it.

I really like the car. It drives very easy. I havent done any maintenance other than oil changes. Its the Toyota faithful 2.4L motor which has been around forever. I have read the automatic trans is a little problematic. I do know its a lot slower feeling being auto. I zip around in this thing all day and it feels fast to me. All while getting 25-30MPG. Seats are fine, i've driven 400 miles and didnt have any complaints. I've been able to pack all my camping gear in very easily and still have room.

Like i said a little earlier the only "problem" is the sound deadener but that can easily be fixed. Panels and headliner are so easy to drop and add sound deadener to it. I just havent, been spending money elsewhere.

I have lowering springs on stock struts now, it rides great. I have 18s on it and a smaller harder tire. Naturally it hurts when you hit a huge pothole but thats to be expected. It also could be because im on stock struts. I've debated doing coilovers up front just to soften the blow because the roads here are terrible.

Aftermarket is NUTS for these things, JDM influenced heavily. If you have any other questions i didnt cover let me know. I highly recommend the vehicle, i wish i had reasons to drive it more.

So I'm a bit low on power steering fluid and the cap says ATF Dexron only. Is ok to use Toyota Dexron IV ATF? I saw some threads and they said II or III, but couldn't find a definite answer on the IV.

There isn't a WalMart anywhere near me. I can't find the Dex 3 at the two places I went. Might try a third tomorrow or tonight if I get the chance. Will the Dex 4 really hurt it?

Make sure you check that bushing bolt for the first few hundred miles. Lost the nut and had the bolt back out on a trip back from socal. Had half my uca pop out as I left my driveway when I set off the next morning. Could be dead I guess.
