Let me know. I can draw you a diagram or help install. They are pretty straight forward if you use a battery isolator.

    New battery, 150$.

    Isolator - $80

Wire- $50-100?? (depending on where battery is located)

My math isn't great but that's not near $600.

If I want to turn off the truck and run my stereo, it is necessary or I have to start my truck up about ever 10-15 min before it dies.

    600watt mono block class D
    400watt 4/channel class A/B (power killer)
    4 x 6.5 speakers.
    2 x tweeters
    HU
    4 crossovers
    Battery Cap

My battery is stock. Off a dry cell it would be double or triple this in time before a charge. Which is why I'm going to isolate a deep cycle for stereo, and a stock for the rest of the truck.

^This, unless you plan on using them with the vehicle off two batteries is not your answer, you need a bigger alternator

i have had to keep my truck running for long periods of time before to keep the lights on at night for when someone breaks, or if i break. which happens often and is usually at night.
and the stereo will most definitley be on for extended hours with the truck off.

i already have a bigger alternator.
i believe i have a 130a alternator. dont remember exactly, but it was the biggest one i could find.

i have a hidden fear of my battery dieing while im all alone while wheeling ever since it happened to me when my first alternator took a poo

Reason why, I don't want to have to get someone to jump my truck when my stereo kills my battery. Second battery can totally die, truck will start without issues.

Also having my amps getting power from 3ft away vs 9ft away helps out a lot with stereo systems.

Love 250's. The power band on them makes them fun.

So I won an acoustic guitar in a silent auction for 20 bucks.

Anyone here play? Any reccomendations as far as reading material to gain a basic understanding of how to play?
