The same shit everyone else has.
Pressed the old bushings out of my Light Racing upper control arms. What a pain in the dick.

Its an aftermarket piece from Ebay. It fits well, but not 100%. There is an OEM counterpart for about 4x the price though. If you search "Tundra USB" on google, it'll bring up the part.

Sketched this up for 06texas who a couple pages back was blowing fuses on his 4 light setup ran without relays- agreed I'm no electrician, so critique as you please!

4 55 watt halogens, one relay.

If wired right, he should be much safer following my diagram. Lemme know if I've made a mistake and let it be a lesson to everyone in the thread- RUN A RELAY IF YOUR CIRCUIT IS OVER TWO AMPS. ede5anyh_1b1a95e0fc0f74bc8364581e70530dcb544fa312.jpgu8ama9u9_67dff8fb431454adee230d6d28bd4c694bdb7703.jpg

Thanks man, I used this write up http://satoshigrill.blogspot.com to repair the previous owners attempt at the mod with good results and the emblem part # 75311-90K00. Should give it a shot if you have a free weekend.

Yeah I was gonna just send him a generic one like that, (there are hundreds floating around)
But I figured if he wired up four lights with no relay in the first place, it'd be best just to address every single wire he is gonna come across and show exactly where to plug what as clearly as possible. No mistakes, no car fires, no bad days and more beer for all. :)

    Cheers to that one.

Yeah running the whole thing with no inline fuse or relay is a bad ideA. I've heard of people doing it in rhinos n stuff but when it comes to your truck the safer the better. Plus I know most people don't roll around with a fire extinguisher in their trucks. First thing I bought my wife and I haha plus I'm in fire protection so didn't really pay for em

I fixed my truck today. Headed for town this AM had a clicking noise somewhere in the drivetrain, kinda like a U joint but I had this noise only in forward. Noise didn't change on load or freewheeling. I was thinking U joints, steady bearing, rear end bearings, I was thinking the worst case scenario . I crawled under the couldn't see anything wrong. I jacked up the rear, had both wheels off the ground locked in the rear end and had a friend turn the wheel which turned the driveshaft. I crawled under again "BINGO" there was a small piece of sheet metal on the front right side of the gas tank, this sheet metal was pulled away from the tank and rubbing the driveshaft. Don't need a U joint, don't need a rear end rebuild, don't need a wheel bearing YAAHHHOOO.I have been pushing through a lot of snow recently, I guess I broke the sheet metal tab loose.

The lights are already grounded to the light bar itself so I don't need to wire them to battery
