I do off and on. Should do it all the time though. It helps in my recovery way more than it should...

After I switch my workout I use a powder called Reload, works pretty well for my recovery and tastes kinda like cheap watermelon gum.

Yeah I was taking ON BCAAs. Actually just ran out. Kind of on a budget at the moment, and they didn't make the cut but I will be reintroducing them here again soon enough

Protein and creatine only for me. Never tried them though, so I can't say. Try them and let us know if you tell a difference in looks/performance. I don't care about not being sore....I love being sore.

You take the ON Pre, right?

I take citruiline malate with my c4 as a pre. Stuff is awesome, I've noticed faster recovery (means I can lift the same body part again sooner) and better gainz.

I went to the gym just now and it was so crowded with tards, really ruins your work out when you can't get weights and people are around annoying you and shit

haha I tried a sample yesterday and it was insane. I don't generally take pre's, so my tolerance is really low, but I really liked the feeling it gave me, compared to Assault...that shit makes me crash afterwards. Plus, I've NEVER had a bad experience with ON....we better watch out, people are gonna thing we're ON reps lol.

I do 2 scoops whey after my workout and 1 before bed with a cheese stick.

I took their multi, but got tired of literally pissing my money away lol...Right now, it's just creatine and protein. I'm really thinking about getting the Pre, though.

I think aminos are complete b/s, too. But I'd like to see what your take on them is, as I've never even tried them. I just think it's typical supplement b/s like 99% of that shit out there

I take it as a powder mixed with the pre. I tried BCAA pills for a hwile and noticed nothing, but this stuff is pretty good. Eric will tell you the same, he recommended it to me.

what's your aim from the bcaas?

Picked up some new protein couple weeks ago. Perfect Whey by Perfect Nutrition. Probably the best stuff ive had so far. Tastes really good, no lumps and is made with natural New Zealand Whey. No added artificial ingredients. Recommend it forsure.

no. I only do creatine when bulking and I do cycles: 3 months on, one month off, unless cutting, of course. Although, I have read that if you drink a metric fuckton of water on a cut, you can use creatine and not hold water.

Well, I eat every 2 hours I'm awake and don't do cardio or train fasted, but I am on a cut, so what's the benefit? I figured if anyone knew, it'd be you. While we've got you here, what's your take on BCAA's? I think they're b/s. Lastly, what stacks do you endorse? I'm of the mind set that supplement companies, like any business has 1 goal: to make money. That's why I'm so skeptical about 99% of shit out there, but am always open to hear a person's results from something.

lol Eric's mom still does his shopping, I see

    Lmao

So I have this tupperware thing that is made to make microwave omelets and was thinking about using it to add egg whites to my normal bowl of oatmeal every morning. But i have read that microwaving food can take nutrients out of the food so would I just be wasting my time with it ?

I just read an article about that last week! I looked it up in regards to canned vegetables. The article I read pretty much said that it's nearly impossible to kill macronutrients. It did say that microwaving stuff can kill micronutrients like vitamins and minerals, but it also said that any form of cooking is going to kill off some of the micronutrients and that microwaving is not the worst method, but that boiling was. It said the absolute best way to ensure that you get the most out of everything is to steam your food and that if you can't steam it, put it in the microwave with a couple of teaspoons of water and seal it up to microwave steam it. Lastly, it said that none of the methods were that bad.

I tried it with broccoli. I filled a tupperware bowl up with some and put in 2 teaspoons of water, put the top on, and microwaved it for a minute...it was just like being steamed.

Benefit while on a cut? Well, your macronutrient and micronutrient intake is probably somewhat lower, and you're eating below maintenance I presume..so, in effort to help retain as much LBM as possible, the BCAA's could help with this.....

I only take them if I am doing cardio fasted, on a cut, or cycling off stimulants as I like drinking more than just water while training (normally, while training I drink 50g carbs worth of Glycofuse)

I like Xtend due to the higher BCAA ratio...although, GAT and TSN also make some god tasting, smooth BCAA's- just a tiny bit lesser of a ratio.
