Hey fellas and fellow snow lovers. I haven't been to the slopes this year. How's the snow looking for say Saturday or Sunday at Kirkwood or Boreal? Shitty or moderately-shitty? :D

    Sweet ones.
Anyone want to rip up some pow Saturday and/or Sunday? Looking like NW of the lake is going to be the deepest. Thinking squaw maybe North Star? My gf doesn't want to go. So I'll be heading out by my lonesome.

So I went to Heavenly today. Damn. I mean they didn't have a lot of pow but it was freaking awesome. I went over into Mott Canyon and did the chutes. There was powder to push all day if you knew where to go. The groomers weren't bad at all either, but it was windy as hell.

Cool. Just let me know. I'm keeping an eye on the timing to see if it's not too windy on Saturday. Sunday might be a great day.

Bringing this thread back to life. It was dumping rain on the way to work this morning. My mind went strait to Rain = winter... winter = snow.... My inlaws are searching for a cabin in tahoe. They made an offer on one last weekend but it fell out. They are cabin shopping again this weekend. If they get a place Ill be in tahoe everyweekend this winter if there is snow. Any early snow predictions?

I have a bad feeling about this winter being pretty dry. I still bought my season pass though, so I hope I'm wrong!

Im holding out. I didnt buy last year and I ended up going more then a pass would have cost. If my inlaws get a cabin ill get a pass to northstar. Im hoping for massive amounts of snow. were due, and Ive been practicing my rain dance.
