    as for BCAA's, the protein i take says that it has them in it already so I don't add in more.


    same here man, gym was packed like sardines today after work. There is a group of 3 dudes that area always doing goofy shit, crowding up the equipment and just fucking around. They look like the fucking goof troop...

    yeah, i had some of those too, dudes benching on the floor and shit, had to step around them. 3 tiny ass dudes lifting pussy weight screaming like porn stars, a girl who smelled like ass, really skinny dude lifting way too much doing half reps, just people who annoyed me and shouldn't have been there.

    You ever see some dick head like that and feel like you should go over and be like "bro you're supposed to keep your back straight when you deadlift"... :eek::mad:

    I create a new workout program about every month... I do this workout for a week or two...take off the rest of the weeks, but then I get bored and create a new workout...F***...guess it is muscle confusion though?! Can't seem to stay on a regiment.

    haha one time i went into the squat rack with a buncha brofessors doing half rep squats with their knees all caving in, i asked super nice if i can work in with them and just did overhead press with the weight they were squatting. dudes left after 2 sets haha

    Nah, just pre gaming for tonight. Gotta get pumped for the bars ya know?

    I have gotten a lot smaller since working out in the garage and building my own gym. Gotta say I am happy with it and even the loss of strength doesn't bug me.

    The more I read, the more I'm convinced that it's complete crap. I get over 200g of protein per day and am not spending more money on junk

    We've got some characters at our gym, as well. Working at a gym will make you hate motherfuckers lol

    lol, you could probably overhead press my squat weight, my legs are pathetic. doing them tomorrow. Might try and max and see if I can outsquat my bench..

    im just doing 3 whey shakes (2 with a fat source) per day. 25g's or so + milk and the 50g's PWO.

    people shouldn't reproduce. how do you go at 5am? im gonna have to go early when i start work. like how do you deal with eating and stuff? it sounds awful

    The first 2 weeks are ruff getting up that early but once your body gets use to it its awesome. Everybody that wakes up at 5am to go to the gym is there to get there shit done and get out. Its not social hour like later in the day. I take a preworkout as I drive to the gym and a 50g whey shake after im done lifting and then oatmeal when I get to work around 8:30
