Help me choose.. All of these (just for fun runs) are designed to be just the "oahu" in a cut sticker and work with the stock TRD sticker.

They called me this morning. Originally, they said 2-4 weeks but closer to 4. Actually came in before my Weathertechs, which were suppose to be here first. Ordered late Saturday of TF if that tells you anything.

 

#1 can be scaled pretty much for whatever TRD model you have. Just need dimensions of that sticker.. The TRD sport is about 16.5" x 4". Gonna run mine in 3M black reflective. Can be cut in regular colors or even white reflective (like my HE>i sticker was cut on). Only 2 in the island...

 

So Rick gets back from the mainland tomorrow, and I got his truck all buttoned up.
Drilled out the broken bolt

Drilled a starter hole with a small center drill, then 3/16" right through, then the 1/4" drill spun it right out. There is a little screw jack under the tap to keep it from flexing. After I extracted the broken bolt, I cleaned up the threads with a tap.
Much better than grinding the nut off and welding a new one on. Or burr grinding it out. Brandon and Mike needs to stop thinking like butchers... umm, I mean welders, and start thinking more like machinists (no offense Jesse!)
I removed the diff drop.

I replaced the crappy 6" long 1/2-13 city mill bolts with... well, crappy 5" long 1/2-13 city mill bolts. Just temporary until Rick orders the stock nuts and bolts, or gets them back from 4WP. The torque specs says just over 100ft lbs of torque on these bolts, and I'm sure the 1/2-13 bolts can handle that just fine.
I didn't notice this before, but it does look like 4 wheel parts did a little trimming on the brackets. Butchers...

I also re-tapped a few holes that were messed up by those guys...

And got everything back together with some leftover factory bolts I had laying around for the skid plates/splash guards. They fit perfectly now, and everything lines up nicely.

Once Rick gets those diff mount bolts, everything will be back to normal with all OEM hardware

 

I still have my pro comp diff drop. Bolts an spacers. There just sitting in my tool box if you guys need it.
