    Yeah, spare cv's are always nice when off roading. I'll buy a cheap autozone cv for a backup after I replace mine.

    Yes... but there is no play in them right now haha They were replaced at like 90,000 miles so they've got 45,000 miles on them right now.

    Once I buy the cv's and Elite bumper I'll start throwing money at all of those parts to get replaced. That's another $1,000 just in replacement parts... :eek:

    Honestly the rack might not need to be replaced, but by passenger side tie rods are seized together... Haha

    It seems like it's everything on driver side. Replaced wheel bearings upper and lower ball joints cv axle . When my lbj broke and truck fell it ripped the boot on my tierod

    Oh, yeah. Either my alignment, carrier bearing, tires, or wheel bearings are causing vibrations also...

    $363 in parts not including cv's and I'll have all the basic stuff that should go ahead and be replaced haha

    Icon coil overs, Camburg UCA, 1" body lift, lots of trimming, Scion XB seats with Wet Okle covers, Alpine Head unit and amps with RF subs and Polk Momo in doors, and much more.
    Reading all this you would think everyone is in the lower ball joint failure club. None of this would happen if you treat the lower ball joints as a replacement part. Change them out after a certain amount of miles no matter what, during timing belt changes for example. It's the price we pay to drive a first gen. I feel like all ya'lls dad.
