    Dunno about Colorado Law... but I've had a FEW friends find out the hard way... you can get a DUI on a bicycle... one on a skateboard..:rolleyes:

    Fort Collins has had 2 biking DUIs, in the last 15 years. Those are only because the cyclist got into an accident. I have heard the police say they don't give a flying f-. Mostly because drunk people on bikes on side streets is more safe than driving.

    Yeah that's the way it should be... but in all 3 bike cases, cops were just waiting outside the bars... figure they had a quota.

    the skateboard was another matter... guy was observed skatebording down the middle of a 4 lane highway at 3am... then proceeded to throw the board at the cop car when they tried pulling him over... yes... the DUI was the least of his worries :rolleyes: and no... I don't count him as a friend anymore

    I hate skateboarders, especially on campus.

    I had a roommate who drove drunk a lot. It made me so mad I considered calling the police.

    The boarders on campus are so bad. They think the rules don't apply to them. Very annoying. Not saying all are, just some.
