This may sound like a stupid question but how are do you find where the wholes are exactly to drill through the rubber gasket? Can you press down with your finger and see an indent? I sat on a plane for 6 hours today and haven't been out to my truck to look.

I'll write up an install sheet/post on how/where to do everything. I'll be using Rockslinger's '14 or Traction120's '13 for the writeup most likely.

    yep! :)
Was planning on starting the design today, but some things came up that kept me from working on them. I'll try and allot some time tomorrow to get started and should have them finalized and ready to go next week.

Billies on all four corners with daystar spacer lift. Bought it like this. Replacing done with toytec ultimate 3" lift
I will be ordering a radius 42" later on (after the sale). Due to an error from ordering from a local vendor. Not his fault, the company wants a $2k+ order for it to be submitted. If it doesn't go through I'll be getting the light bar mentioned and maybe a smaller one as well! :D

Hmm what do we have here....
Couple minor dimension tweaks and these are ready. Need to raise the led mount holes just a little and minor other mods. All the holes seen will be dimpled like my 05+ roof mounts

Can you please take a picture of the mounting inside the door jam? I'd like to buy by late tonight or tomorrow, but want to see how they are being fastened. Looks good from outside

Sorry already left the shop. It's 3 self tapping screws into the cab under the rubber. Or if you have the tool, what I'm going to do is some nutserts on mine.

I was going to PM but figured the questions might be good for the thread:

    1) On this thread the radius bars say spot pattern. On the site they are combo. Just to clarify, which are they?

    2) How do I add mounts to cart for 1st gen? Do I add mounts for 05+ then put a note for first gen?

    3) Why do the mounts for the 2nd gen look so different from the 1st gen? It appears like the bar fills the space much more neatly between the mounts on the 2nd gen than the 1st gen. Is this because the 42" is the arc length on the radius bar, not the length from corner to corner like the straight bar?

I'd like to purchase some flood cubes for a future bumper of yours.

    4) will your bumpers have an option for holes to use these new cubes?

    5) I'd like two flood cubes. Would I need a pair of cube 2s or a pair of the F cube 2s.

Apologies for so many questions. I Just would like to know before I go ahead and place an order.

When I add the DR42 to the cart it prompts me to add a wiring harness for $15 then the coupon takes 20% off the overall total... if I do NOT add the harness to the shopping cart will it still be included with the order?

I would also like to please request some more pictures of the 2nd gen with the DR42 on it as pictures in the OP. It just looks kinda funny at the angle in that picture so im hoping for a few more pics before I place my order if you could please.

And lastly, what type of modification to the rubber gutter seals is required with these roof brackets?

    Thanks!

When I ordered mine, Eric said to place the order with the wiring harness checked and he would credit my card the $15 or so later. I still haven't seen the credit come through but I'm sure he'll get around it it. Thanks again for the GB!

The radius bars use spot pattern but with the arc. The reason the brackets look different is simple. The first gen and the second gen trucks are COMPLETELY different trucks. The pictures Eric posted yesterday are undimpled, unpainted prototypes. There is an option for square cut-outs on both the front and rear bumpers, although I wouldn't recommend the flush mount for a front bumper, the wings are already angled.

Finally yes, if you buy any bar over $200, you get a free harness. Yes, add the mounts, and note the year of truck in the notes spot.

What do you mean it looks kind of funny?

You will need to drill or use a rotary tool to make holes just wide enough for the supplied bolts to pass through to the factory roof rack holes. Access cabs will need to use self tapping or drill through.

So if I understand correctly, I could get the option of flush light mounting within the bumper (which would angle cube light projection at roughly 10 and 2 o clock), or a recessed option where they reside deeper within the bumper, similar to the duramax bumper pictures (projecting at 12 o clock)?

In order to mount to these options, do I select the cube 2s or the F cube 2s?
