Nice. Im sure I will end up running into him. Its not a big place up here. Most people know everyone especially if you are into outdoors drinkin and shooting.

 

well it's official. i'll be moving to the fine state of Arizona in the next few months!!

i'm super stoked. the lady and I are planning to buy a house. where are the good neighborhoods and nice areas to live that are within 30 minutes or so of a commute to Banner/good Samaritan hospital???

Like I texted you, my dad got that 40. I'm sure he'll pick your brain for hunting. He wanted to stay longer but his buddy had to get home and he wants out of missouri. Looks like it might take some ground clearence to get to his property.

Which banner you talking about? They are all over the place. Avoid Scottsdale unless you are rich and snobby thats not entirely true.

Yeah its understandable. He will be back soon enough. And thats great about the ground clearance. Makes it harder for people to come on your property. (Mainly cops in the crown vics)

Yes they do. Stock hight and travel with no winches armor or skids. I would flatten it out to get the motor home in then go back over it with a back hoe and make it a 4x4 route only . Haha something you need travel and good tires to get thru. But thats me. I would want to lock myself out there so anyone traveling that road would say to themselves there is no way someone lives out here

Thats is another reason I told him just to buy and check it out. He got disability approved also, he might buy some good land next. I might try to talk him out of the 40 if he moves. lol. I also told him he might spend alot of money on a small parcel that is hunting, then just hang out on the 40 when it isn't hunting season

 

Either way he does it he will be happy. When is he planning on coming back?

 

Got the motorhome registered today, was at the tire shop getting everything fixed/replaced on trailer and trucks. My guess is before the end of april. He has a BS traffic ticket pending, doesn't know if he has to stay for it or not. The escrow was set to close 4/18, but he is just writing them a check for bare property. I'm sure it could be done faster if needed.

Still plans on me helping in may sometime. I need to replace the deck on my trailer, and he wants to get a shed and solar set up before I bring his tractor and other things out. I talked him out of bringing his brush hog (like he needs it), that freed up some room and weight. He is going to buy a box blade when he gets to town to be able to make some roads on his place. if you look at the aerial, there is a nice opening toward his back corner which in about 1/4 from anything. I told him, I'd shoot for there.

 

Sounds like its all moving along smoothly . Soon he will be happy and living out here messing around on his property.

 

It will be nice to have him moved. 1-so its done, 2-I can actually help him in zona if need be.

hey ya'll Ill be moving out there this May... looking at places online and what not... Basically apartments close to Luke AFB but nothing "crappy"

 

I will be moving to Glendale (from Gilbert) for veterinary school at Midwestern U in the fall. I am looking for a small place for my pup and I, move in available in August. I don't know ANYONE on that side of town, but I see a ton of Tacos when I'm out that way, so feel free to say hi, I would love to make some West Valley friends!

 

I will be moving to Oro Valley (Tucson) from the oppressive state of California. I'll be working as an Android developer....May 10th..REAL quick here.

If there's anyone on that side of town let me know. I'll be in my Spdwy Blue taco.
