Unfortunately, I will never be buying from All Pro Off Road again.

Having called multiple times and being lied to only to find out that after over 5 weeks that my product hasn't even started being built is nonsense.

    Here are the details:
I ordered an All Pro Pack Rack bed rack on February 17th during their 15% off President's Day sale.

Called on March 7th for and update, they said it would ship out first thing the following week.

Called again on March 17th to see what the issue was. They said they would have to call me back in a few minutes after they figured out the info on it. they never called me back.

Called on March 24th and was told it would ship and I would get an invoice with tracking in a couple days.

Called today, on March 28th and found out that it hasn't even been built and won't get started on until Monday, March 31st.

To say the least I'm very unsatisfied, will never buy from them again, and will advise everybody to never order from them.

    Called again on March 31.

When I called I asked to speak with Tracy. The owners wife who told me the bad news and said she would see the progress through.

Instead the male that I was speaking with, who I don't remember the name of (Kevin?), went and checked himself and said it was completed today, was picked up about 20 minutes ago, and the tracking emails for today's shipments would go out in the morning.

We will see if I was lied to again... I really hope not, because if it shipped today then I'll get it in time to work on it before my rtt gets here...

    ***UPDATE***

Called All Pro, Ryan answered. Asked about receiving an email and he checked for an invoice. Told me it would be here Monday. Asked him to email the invoice...

And he came through and emailed it!

The invoice shows everything that I ordered correctly, so I'm hopeful... Should be here next Monday.

Sucks that you've had that experience. Maybe because of their big move, they're slow on the production side. Either way, they should have been up front with you. I've actually bought a few things from them and have always had great CS. Hope you get your rack soon and without anymore problems.

But in the mean time...

Yeah, but they didn't move until 4 weeks after I ordered.... I know preparing for the move could have taken place during that whole time frame. But to lie to me is unnacceptable.

I've heard great things from them, but last time I ordered from them I had to remind them to ship my leaf springs that were just sitting there.

I just ordered a set of leaf springs from them this morning. Sorry to hear about the issues with your order. I'll keep my fingers crossed that my order is fulfilled without problems.

Yeah I'd be frustrated too. But I can see where you're coming from, you want the rack in time before your RTT gets shipped!! :D

Didn't other people in the CVT GB buy a rack from AP too?

The bed rack is a custom product. Not something that is made the same throughout.

You have specific lengths, and accessories you can add to be welded onto the bed rack.

Ordering through TRDPARTS4U would have just added another barrier to have to talk through.

Ordered my RTT but still haven't even ordered a bed rack. Was looking at the All Pro last night but think I will just wait for BoxRocket to start production again  especially after this.
