Yeah, I just have a hard time being rude over the phone haha

Yeah, that's no excuse in my opinion though since I ordered back on February 17th. I can understand maybe a week late, but to have not even started on it is nonsense.

I must have missed that part either way they lied but not to sound like a dick it's kind of stupid to think something that large is completed in a week after ordering during a time that everyone and there brother is ordering shit

Stupid? Where did I say that I expected it to be finished in a week? The first time I called them to see where it was at was almost 3 weeks after ordering. That was the first time they said it would ship in a few days.

Okay I'm sorry I misunderstood getting a point of view from everyone in this world defending you I'm just saying that you have had issues with shipping in the past I would have never believe from day one at three weeks something would've shipped if they didn't send you a tracking number you knew they were lying or thinking of someone else. You have to also remember you bought it during the presidents sale when everyone is ordering shit so it's probably just miscommunication from the order department to fabrication

Not exactly but if a spark plug quits working you can stack the cylinder with fuel causing issues. Why?

    Okay, stop being ignorant.

I didn't say I expected to get it shipped on week 3 either. I know they're estimated lead time is 4 weeks. I called on week 3 for a status update.

Just because they don't send a tracking number doesn't mean a thing. How does that mean in any way at all that I knew they were lying.

Mis-communication is no excuse either, they should be able to formulate and explanation to where their product is. Not just tell me it'll ship in a couple of days.

That's interesting the only thing petruding through the head is the electrode. So I guess it's plausible for it to break but highly unlikely

I'm not being ignorant, If your having such a hard time with your order call your bank say hey they lied I'm not paying for it. And tell all pro to eat a dick. But you get on here and complain but then still deal with it so apparently your not that upset about it so what point on talking about it.

Didn't go through the my bank, went through BiillMeLater which doesn't fight custom product orders.

So letting others know how terrible another company's customer service is is complaining?

Thanks for your input, but everybody had dropped it and moved on until you continue to attempt to tell me I did something wrong for expecting them to ship it during the expected time frame that they told me multiple times.

    Very true
I feel like a darton sleeve would solve this problem but if it had shit in the cylinder it could have damaged the piston and the head
    Cool

It's all good to let people know but complaining in the 30 and younger thread where there is 20 people in it isn't the way to let people know. If that was truly your intent on venting about being lied too you should have gone another route on informing people.

Carry on señor have a good day
