!Orale! Uno Mas Norteno Aqui!!! JK.... Whats up... Another new guy from up north:tumbleweed::tumbleweed::tumbleweed:
I am a Paramedic/FF fulltime and Ski Patroller/river guide on the off days...
over here no...- aqui en Santa Fe.
Have been the proud owner of one beat up 91 standard cab v6 4x4 for the last ten years, 261k+ miles (... many colorado/cali /wyo trips and once down to the tip of baja)... my step daughter uses it now as her DD. gets crappy mileage but its a trooper.
just Scored an 07 DC LB sport this summer, looked for months for the right setup, and finally found it in Cali -in the desert...bakersfield. (no rusty trucks there) and it was indigo ink....:woot:lucky me.... 'snot so good to hide the dust and dirt, but WTF. I am pumped.... [IMG]

Anyway, Speaking of WTF...and dusty dirt.... any one been up here?[IMG] It is a NM gem. (Shhh dont tell no one!!)
not so much for wheelin...at least in the late summer when the roads are dry. Spring time is another story, i'm sure (it is national Forest, no serious offroading,) but it is an 80 mile stretch of dirt through the forest...out to the far side of BFE and then some..(Costilla to Cimarron Basically), just south of the CO border. fill up the tank before heading in there!
[IMG] F' n amazing. Huge Elk, Deer, Bears, wicked fyfishing, you name it. super remote. It is amazing. it is a once in a lifetime hunt,(literally) and even just to go camping. that was the last place I go out to last month.learned about bow hunting a bit. [IMG]

we are going up to the Jemez this week.another beautiful spot, try to teach my girls how to fish a little.

Anyway, I have been trying to soak up some of the expertise on TW; learning a lot from everyone.... just cant afford any goodies yet.... soon. one of these years....
So....open invitation if anyone wants to go rafting on the Rio Grande
next summer I can hook it up....
for now, I am looking forward to the snow falling!!!!:headbang:
And the Broncos being the underdogs of the year.... 11-5 baby, yeah...
    (hey one can hope right??)

    Nice truck.

"snow falling", ugh, I can certainly wait. I'm from AZ, living in Santa Fe right now, and snow is certainly not my thing......But, that is why I have a 4x4, to get me through the snow and slipperiness of it all......

yeah....well, I've even lowered the price a bit to see if it was really divine intervention on keeping me from selling it. I've got some guy in ABQ trying to low-ball me right now. I've had a lot of window shoppers come by and drool, and then low-ball me. One guy who test drove it started telling me he thought the ball joints were bad (in the hopes that I would lower the price). Dude didn't know the extent of my Toyota truck knowledge....I was gracious and said nothing. I'm thinking I may keep it. I've been using it quite a bit lately to tow my new M109R2 back and forth to ABQ for services, plus haul my dirt bike and pop-up trailer to the Jemez mountains. Its a great truck, and I would just hate to see it leave my drive way......

FWP in CO installed the gears in the front and back.
I have a video on my site verifying the 4.88:1 gear ratio, in the event anybody was really interested.
