    do "tall" sizes fit? I need short sizes but most stores don't carry the special sizes so I figure out what works in the regular sizes and then order the short version. Eddie Bauer stuff is great. Once you find what size fits you you can order anything as their sizes are universal throughout their clothes from jeans to khakis and t shirts to dress shirts etc.

    Anybody ever have tennis elbow? I'm wondering if that's whats wrong with me
    I've had weird, sharp pains in my left arm all day - starts at my elbow and shoots down to my wrist or visa versa. Tried ice, heat, stretching...nothing has helped.

    Is it just down from your elbow? I had it twice and it sucked. Only thing I could do was tape my forearm just before my elbow to keep the pain down.

    You can get those tennis elbow braces but they never stayed on for me at work

    those little velcro bands that go around your arm? they seem worthless.
    it starts right that the knobby part of my elbow and radiates down to my wrist, more towards my pinky finger.
    you probably get it from hammering right? i can't think of anything that i've done lately to cause injury to my arm.

    Tennis elbow is another term for a type on tendonitis. Ask me how I know...:(
    It is essentially a repetitive action injury - I got it from cutting the mesh by hand w/ snips.
    Repetitive motion over a long period of time can cause it.
    I did some very simple things to overcome it.
    1. I bought better tools to eliminate the repitition.
    2. PT exercise - I still do it weekly
    3. static forearm brace. it relieves the pressure on the tendon connection (that little knobby part of your elbow) by applying pressure on the forearm.

    It was really bad for a few weeks for me until I did the above - to the point where it was affecting my work.
    Not being able to pick up my kids because it hurt too much was a big disappointment.

    I"m not 100% still but it's MUCH better - I still get a twinge now and then.
