Yup, I'm excited as it will probably be my first wheeling trip with the RTT :D

Looking at taking off July 24-August 1... That's if the general time frame Monte gave me stays the same...

How do you run the locker off it? Would I have to get out each time I wanted to lock it?

yea that should work probably..either that or one week sooner.

Just like how a compessor does.

you have a block that has the solenoids on it for the CO2 to flow through. A line from your tank to the block. And from the solenoids to the diffs.

You'd have to run an adjustable regulator and leave it at 90 psi for the lockers.

Just leave the tank open and your done.

to fill tires. Just close off the line that goes to the block and then up the regulator to 200psi and fill your tires.

so basially have a T fitting at the bottle with two quick disconnects One for the hose for filling tires. And one for the lockers that stays on the tank as long as the bottle is in the truck.

whats nice about CO2 doing lockers is its a dry setup. No condensation will get in the lines like with a compressor.

Hmm. I might have to look into it. Just looking at sizes I think I would prefer a 10lb tank. Even two 10lb tanks seems better to me...pretty sure those can easily fit behind my seat.

I'd totally be down for a wheeling trip. I'll definitely know in advance before I comedown for sliders. I'm thinking maybe a month or so but nothing's for sure yet.

Hmm, so just looked it up and looks like I don't even need to do any electrical work with CO2 for the locker. Just need to get a manual toggle switch...not sure where I would put it.

Id just get the ARB block from Power tank and wire up the ARB solenoid you get with the locker and call it a day.

It's insane how big of a difference it is. Just wait till like 6 months from now and you are used to it. You will see something in the distance and remember how crappy your eyes were before the surgery. Always a good feeling.

Hmm so did the math and I think I am going to pay off all my summer rent and pack all my stuff out to the garage so the landlord can start showing it off. Then I am going to head to banner to hang with the folks, hopefully pick up a small part time job with the VA just a few days a week with a super flexible schedule and just chill out in the big horns.

Sounds like a good plan to me Gage. I have lots of big horn chill sessions planned ahead, would be cool to have someone to wheel with too!

Ya man, I want to go ahead and keep the weekend completely free. I need a change of environments. By then I will have decided if I can live out of the truck cheap enough or if it would be cheaper to get a roomate and a small place to...soooo may have a lil pup to train.
