i’d have got the r32 and found a way to make a little money to start working on it a little at a time.

 

I'm assuming he didn't know what it was at the time, no intelligent person would have made that call knowing what the cars were

I don't know what a r32 is. My 1st two cars were MR2s but I wanted a Supra real bad. So I guess I must say there's no doubt I would have also chosen the running Supra.

Anyone do anything interesting today?

 

Not to most. But got my boy his first haircut today. New stroller, first and second pair of real shoes and various clothes. Pretty much my day. Rained all day here too.

 

yeah rained all day here.drove around a little in the rain now cooking hamburgers and than getting in hot tub.

 

Cool. Spent the day with my mom so she could see the baby

 

I... I uh, worked... Then I went to have pizza and now I'm drinking me a couple beers to help wind down...

 

Loaded the truck with mulch and parked it in the back yard loaded because it started to rain. Still in back yard loaded up. Dollywood tomorrow .

 

I got bad news about the home loan the other day... Might have to sell the 4runner and my truck. Hoping that's not the case though. I don't struggle with the payments, but it looks back on my debt to income ratio. Plus my wife isn't going to be on the mortgage because she doesn't have 2 years history of being a commissioned employee from where she's cutting hair, so there goes that income off my debt to income ratio...

Oh ya, and both cars are in my name. Almost $1000 a month in payments. Granted I'm positive equity in both vehicles, so no problem getting out from under them.

We're trying to work out the details, but I don't feel to good about it...

 

How old is the baby? Mine's 9 months yesterday.

Also decided I need a cover on the back. With all of the rain today and not much room with the baby seat I am thinking about a Bestop or Softopper. Leaning Bestop way, but don't want to regret a $500-$600 purchase.

Appreciate it... It's just some bullshit like "your debt (with your new mortgage) can't be over 36% of your income"... So $1,000 worth of car payments is 25% right there. Then once you add a $1,000 mortgage I'm already way over the limit before school loans or anything...

I should have just stayed at my old house, the one I was only in it for like $100,000 and it was only 8 years old and like $1,500 sq ft...
