I don't want to be blinded when i'm driving down the road and my passenger needs a light on to read a map or plug in their phone.
The blue stereo (color isn't changeable) really bugs me on long drives at night.

It's not that bright if you just turn on one of them. All 3 is a lot, but it's much easier to see when camping.

yeah, but they're still bright (chris accidentally installed white ones in the front instead of red, then he fixed it).
I bet, only dark spots in your truck are under the seats.

Speaking of needing stuff, i wanna do a 360 degree camera setup, i wheeled on some tight and rocky trails today and my spotter was too lazy to get out of the truck so i had to be uber careful about my lines.

I also need to wash and wax my truck, it got scratched pretty good today :(

Front and rear cameras would be easy. Sides would be simple if you had a roof rack. But then you need to find a screen that can support 4 cameras and isn't bulky....

My truck was beautiful when I got it, New Mexico ruined that.... Haha

Yeah, maybe have 2 camera screens in the visors?

So was mine, except the dent in the tailgate, all the scratches are me, i really need to get some spray on wax, it might get waxed more often that way.

    Maybe...

Yeah, I had a couple dents in the tailgate and one scratch on the passenger side door. Now I've got multiple scratches and dents...

I don't care for spray wax. Quickest way to get a mildly dirty truck clean and waxed is to spray detailer and wipe down each body panel, then wipe on some wax. As long as the truck doesn't have built up dirt or something and just has road grime or dust it works well.

I just don't like the wax we have, you have to apply it with a applicator then buff off with a buffer or microfiber towel, giant PITA, especially when i can only work on half of the truck at the time (it gets so hot here i have to park half in the garage, let the truck cool, wax, move truck, let cool, then wax)

My truck really needs a wash right now, it hasn't had one in at least a month.

That's the only type of wax I use haha

As for heat, that doesn't really matter. You just have to do it quicker. I would wax my truck in 90 degree weather in Texas just fine. As long as you just take a body panel at a time it's very doable.

Shouldn't take more than 45 minutes or so to wash the truck with spray detail and wax.

    Cool, didn't know that.
I thought it might screw up the paint if it was over how many degrees it said.
I always do panel by panel, it's easier to stay organized on what's been done.

yeah, it's good. If it does set a little too long you just have to use a little more elbow grease.

    cool
Looks decent, and the trans has a manual mode, so that's a plus.
Well that doesn't sound like fun
