    ahhh...yeah, I remember you complaining about the grill work killing your arm when you were here. what sort of exercises?

    yeah, I'm a lefty and its my left arm. which makes it really annoying. carpal tunnel had crossed my mind. really hope its not that. i do type a lot, and one handed - in CAD you can tell the software commands by typing in a letter or two and the space bar doubles as "enter" so I type with my left and navigate around my drawings with my mouse in my right hand. maybe 40+ hours a week over the last 8 years its finally catching up with me :(
    i would blame my camera since its so heavy but i usually carry it in my right hand...unless i have my big lens on then I carry it lefty. camera + big lens = 6 lbs

    :wave: it's been a while since i've been in here.

    Try finding decent clothes (especially pants) when you're 6'3''.
    I've found that the only pants that last more than 6 months and aren't really expensive are BDU's.

    Ya mine was caused by hammering. That's what made me buy that $250 hammer I have. Since then I have had minimal to no issues with my elbow or my hand. My had use to swell so much I couldn't make a fist :eek: Can you get a titanium mouse? Lol

    no swelling. right now I think it might be the way I sleep that's causing the pain as my arm is hurting right now. when I sleep on my side I sometimes fold my arm up so that my hand is inbetween my cheek/shoulder so its in a weird position all night.

    :eek: I don't think the boss would authorize that expense

    Yes, got mine from shoveling snow. That's one of the things that prompted me to buy a snowblower.

    the velcro band is what i used to get by. Picked it up at Wal-mart in sporting goods. :notsure: but it worked for me.

    If you're gonna use it every day, right quality tool is the smartest thing you can do for yourself.

    :( they say that the heavy/late winter will mean a delayed spring so all of the plants will have to pollinate at the same time later in the year. its got me worried....i might have to spend my entire summer above 10k feet!
