How can you tell if the TSB for the Suspension was done Correctly or Incorrectly? What are some indicators when you go to pick up your taco at the dealer, to tell you if it was done right or wrong? And what is up with the dealer saying that they have to inspect our Truck when Toyota Corp said they checked my Vin and I qualify?

Some dealerships are a whoppin' great pain in the ass is all I can figure! The leaf springs should be a four-pack instead of a three. I think yours already came with the Bilsteins? If it did, then all that will change is the leafs and an alignment. If you didn't already have the Bilsteins, you should have them now. I don't have the link, but when I had it done, I googled the TSB and printed it out to take with me--its the surest way to check if they've done it correctly.

Put TSB in the search feature here and you will come up with a post that tells you all you need to know--including the link to the pdf.

    getting there....
ok....after the rear leaf(harsh ride) tsb is done.....there should be a total of 4 laef springs on each side.....3 leaf springs and an over load spring.....if its done incorrectly.........you will have a new set of the "old" springs with three leafs. also, an alignment should be performed, as well as new shocks all the way around if your truck is just the sr5 version and not the trd offroad or sport.

I didn't know that squeaky brakes when backing was a TSB....

I haven't had the leaf spring TSB yet, but I have noticed that with even a little weight in the back, my rear suspension is really "creaky" and bouncy.

I didn't get an Alignment when I had my TSB done. The dealer owes me one now. I figure after I get the truck lifted I'll have them align it for free.

Yep there is a TSB for the squeeky brakes when backing up.New Rotor replacement. My Tacoma was very rough/bouncy on rough roads especially washboard gravel ones.Drives like a Champ now with the updated springs and Bilsteins...

Mines a TRD, so I already have the Bilsteins. I've got a service appointment for next week for them to check out the brakes and leaf spring TSB.
