I haven't really been posting a whole lot either. Sorry I never got back to you about Hurricane Creek, I honestly forgot until I saw the pictures in the thread. It looked like a blast, but way too many trucks IMO. How long did it take to get everyone through? I bet it was still damn fun though.

Talk with Woody at Heavy Metal Customs in Cullowhee. He is my go to fab man now and I can't say enough good things about him or his work.

Anything over a 20" LED bar is overkill IMO, but I love the way they look. I mean when you honestly think about all the times you could USE that amount of light and not kill anyone or get into trouble, there aren't many uses for it lol

Are all those models full time 4x4? The dunno if I would like that personally, but to each his own. It looks pretty sharp and whoever had it last too good care of it. Are you selling your truck or keeping it?

EDIT: I also hated myself for not getting another Tacoma instead of the FJ. I'm just saying you may miss being in a truck.

35% up front, 20% in the back window tint, 15" Mickey Thompson bullet hole wheels, with 31x10.5 Firestone Destination A/T tires. Glass Pack, High Flow Cat, S&B CAI, Custom Light Bar with 4 fog lights. 2 10" Rockford Fosgate P2 subs with 1000 watt Rockford Fosgate Amp, CB.
It was definitely a blast. An on the trails we kinda split up in two groups. It was unintentional, but it worked out for the best. My group stopped and talked quite a bit so it took a little while.

And on the light thing I completely agree, 20-24 would be perfect size. And while I love my fog lights and can use them while driving, I get flashed at all the time, so I've kinda quit running them near as much. So now they just kinda serve the looks purpose. The light output would blow them out of the water and look so badass. But can't run it while driving, but like I said I hardly run mine now cause I get flashed at so it's not worth running them.

That was one thing I wasn't wild about the 4Runner was the full time 4wd but it's sold so no worries there  although I liked the hell out of it. I literally saw it yesterday and tried to go look at I today.

As far as my truck...it's paid for and insurance is pretty dern cheap so it's hard to think about selling it, but for the price of a newer one of just about have to sell it. As much as I hate to say that.

How much you think they'd charge for a front bumper?

I think they run about $400-500 depending on what options you want. If you tell him your design ideas he can incorporate those as well.

Hmmm, I may have to contact him. That's not bad pricing. I'll check with my guy that made my rear and see what he says and then check with the guy out there and see. Get some ideas rolling. I've got the drawing done of what I want somewhere around here. I'll locate it and post up. It's pretty basic. Nothin fancy at all.

He can definitely help ya out. I see his work driving around town from time to time and they are all plate bumpers that are similar to this design.

I'll have to check with him and see what he says  thanks for letting me now about him. I've heard of them before but have always been told that they were pretty expensive.

Do you know whether they paint it for you or do they just give you raw material?

Nope he has painted everything I've asked him to. He's handy with a spray can. I'm picking something up from him this week actually.

Awesome. I was just wondering if he painted them or not. Would you mind to show him the picture of the one I posted and my truck and get a ball park price? Tell him I'll be in contact with him, just gonna see if you minded to run it by him.

I figured they are pretty busy. They seemed to be everytime I drove by after school heading home.

He has welded a bunch of stuff for me. He did the cab mount chop on my old FJC and that is where it all started. I'm pickin up some half doors this week and dropping it off to have some bushing replaced. I tell him want I want and when I need it done and he makes it happen. I told him to take his time on the doors though.
