Only thing better would have been some bass boat paint and the big bubble face shield that snaps on to those...

So who gives the cops speeding tickets if they are driving over the speed limit in their cop car and no lights on?

    Badazzz right there.

I saw a guy on a crotch rocket completely lose a state patrol charger on 36 going west at about 18:00 on a Sunday few weeks ago... He was chasing him for a couple miles and then I just saw him kill the lights and get back into traffic

So they can't roll silently to a call to not alert the person(s) they are coming?...what about traffic up ahead? Ever seen someone pull right in front of a marked emergency vehicle with their lights on b/c they panicked? What if they are trying to catch up, or monitor someone ahead and don't want to give themselves away?

    Looks like fun Sean!

We had fun on the atv's today. I drag raced a Yamaha 700 quad and my buddies 500 honda dirt bike with my brute force and beat the hell out of them. I rode a wheelie out the gate till about mid way to the finish line lol. Both my buddies were pissed that they got beat by a 4x4 atv. The ohv area of Pawnee is awesome.

Now now, I'm sure it was mostly in jest question. The answer is...no one. Because according to statute, we are Not required to use lights and sirens at all times, such as attempting to catch up to an actual or suspected violator of the law.

If a cop is reported speeding their cop car to a superior, the cop better have a reason for the speed, for instance, a call that doesn't warrant lights and sirens but expedited response is advised. What is a cop supposed to do when the officer he's going to back requests that that officer "step it up" but code isn't quite necessary. It means get there asap but don't endanger the rest of traffic whilst going.
